If required, our agent will advise on upgrades to increase the value and/or help find a reputable tenant.
4. Due-Diligence
After conducting viewings with potential tenants, we will then study applications, check financials & contact referees.
5. Deal
When we have narrowed the list down to a few potential tenants, we then invite the landlord to help select the tenant.
6. Move-in
We Draft a tenancy agreement, collect a security deposit & hand over the keys to the new tenants.
